Hi Bobby,

At our training session at your facility last week, our group did a class trip into Chester.  When my husband and I ventured into a pet boutique with our mixed pit, Raisen, and came upon a growling, barking, itty bitty dogie and, at our command, Raisen calmly went into a down position without so much as a second glance at this little terror, I knew that we had reached a milestone in overcoming Raisen’s aggression towards other dogs.  From the very beginning of her training with you, I have marveled at every lesson (both private and then group) at how you systematically and meticulously work at breaking down the negative behavioral issues associated with her particular aggression.  Your innate ability to read Raisen’s body language, and at the same time train us to recognize those nuances before an aggressive reaction can take place, has given us tremendous confidence in our own ability to maintain a well balanced dog in any environment.  To say that I was filled with trepidation once we put Raisen into a group class would be an understatement.  Now, I think she actually enjoys participating in class and I am bursting with pride at her progress.  But I think that the most rewarding part of this process is the incredible bond that has been formed by working with her on a regular basis.  We’ve come a long way, baby!  Bobby, you’re the absolute best!

Hi this is Ron Pellet ..
I was up Saturday to have "Tash" (or Natasha) evaluated and subsequently she is in your stay and train program...you guys blew me away with your Professionalism...but not just one trainer it was systemic in everybody I listened to or overheard speaking to other potential clients...and how you didn't try to push expensive products rather if I picked one collar over the other it was fine with you...You don't know how refreshing honesty is..and to see the live obedience demo.... my mouth hung open with the control the beautiful girl had with the obedient dog. Also, how everything was so well explained not only what happens but why..  I'm still telling all my friends and relatives. I will check up on Tash later this week but I had to write because you need to hear that everyone of your employees has my total trust and respect and I am proud to say that and proud to have my beloved Tash in your hands...so that's it... have a great Monday ...

Not sure if you remember us but Mark and I purchased a puppy from you about 5 years ago.  You referred to him as "the mutt".  Well that mutt has become an incredible dog.  He is everything you could ask for in a dog.  He is smart, beautiful, well trained, and wonderful with our children.  He is a great watch dog yet sleeps snuggled up next to me each night.  
 
I can't say enough about how wonderful this dog truly is.  I have grown up owning German Shepherds my whole life this is not only by the the most beautiful German Shepherd but also one of the smartest I have ever been around.  
 
I check out your site every now and then hoping to convince Mark to let me get another dog but no luck so far.  I wanted to let you know how happy we have been with Adolphus and how wonderful he is.  The compliments from family, friends, Vet and strangers on the street are overwhelming.

you asked me to write you a synopsis of our experience with you and I wrote it down the best I could without writing a novel and make you fall asleep reading ;-)
 
Here it is :
 
When Ando first came to you he was incredibly reactive and aggressive towards people due to fear aggression. I was at my wits end and did not trust my dog in the vicinity of people and training came to a standstill in this regard.
 
We still walked but it turned into a "watch for people and take evasive action at any time" deal which left me tense which in turn travelled through the leash and made Ando even more paranoid and reactive.
 
While meeting with you, you suggested the Board and Train as our best option since he was out of control. I agreed and while I missed Ando terribly while he was gone I knew this was the best for him and a new begginning for us.
 
When the weeks finally were over I got to meet a different dog. It was Ando but he had confidence, patience and obedience now.
 
Since he had done his homework and was behaving so wonderful it was time for ME to learn also that I can trust him and you sent us home and try.
 
We had a rocky start as I was learning to be confident - he knew his stuff - I was the one that caused the problems.
 
Determined to succseed we both did our homework and worked diligently - for three days it was obedience in the fenced yard only with no distractions to build my faith and trust and hone what we had learned - together.
 
The following week we had another session to follow up with you - and it surpassed my wildest dreams.
People came to greet us, we had dogs and their handlers running at us and around us, we got boxed in by people ..... and he was calm and I started to have fun and trusted him in his obedience !
 
Ando and me have trust and confidence in our relationship again - something that was painfully lacking before - and with this we are off and running to build on this and be the best we can possibly be.....Free of Fear and Anxiety and Distrust.
 
I cannot Thank Bobby enough for the amazing work he has done - it changed both of our lives completely and in a wonderful, happy way !
